“It’s definitely going to be hard, it’s definitely going to push us to are limits,” Vanbuskirk said. “I think if we work as a team, work together, and really talk and communicate, we’re good enough team to go far.”

The Women have to travel to Missouri and Illinois and see if they can start the season out with two or more wins and be back at Stryker Stadium with a good record.

“Maybe can get out of those four games, two and two, then you’re set with four games in a row that you should win your home games,” Lane said. “I thought we play really well, last sunday for our first game, that’s a very good team.”

With FC Wichita’s very own Stryker Stadium will be wait for FC Wichita as it will be a while till they get back home.

“We are really looking forward to the home opener, open up the new stadium, it should be a big crowd, Lane said. “There’s plenty of excitement and really looking forward to season rolling.”
